目的建立大蒜油胶囊中大蒜新素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品处理后,采用乙腈水溶液(80+20)做流动相,C18柱分离,240 nm波长下二极管阵列检测器检测。结果该法在0.2μg/ml~400μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差均小于6,回收率为97.8%~101.3%,检测限为0.5 ng,定量限为1.65 ng~4μg。结论本法样品前处理简单,检测快速,定性定量准确,回收率高,精密度好,适用蒜油胶囊中大蒜新素含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of allicin in garlic oil capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods After the samples were treated with acetonitrile (80 + 20), the mobile phase was separated on a C18 column and detected by a diode array detector at 240 nm. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.2μg / ml to 400μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The relative standard deviations were less than 6, the recoveries were 97.8% -101.3%, the limit of detection was 0.5 ng and the limit of quantification was 1.65 ng ~ 4 μg. Conclusion The sample pretreatment is simple, rapid detection, qualitative and quantitative accurate, high recovery, good precision, determination of allicin content of garlic oil capsules.
