在日常练太极拳的实践中,往往会听到一些人(特别是老年人)说:“我打了这么多年的太极拳,总觉得收效不大,老是脚站不稳,手打不活,或说没有别人打得轻松、圆活、好看……更谈不上养生功效了。”原因何在?根据笔者多年来练拳、教拳、看拳体会,认为那些所谓“打得不好、收效不大”的拳友们,主要是在练拳时没能走出八个误区。笔者现就如下八个方面谈谈自己的看法:
