目的:观察低频电刺激联合人胎盘片治疗刮宫术后子宫内膜薄的临床疗效。方法:将48例子宫内膜薄患者随机分为2组。治疗组28例采用低频电刺激联合人胎盘片治疗,对照组20例采用雌孕激素序贯治疗,观察比较2组子宫内膜厚度及月经量变化。结果:2组月经量与子宫内膜厚度治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低频电刺激配合人胎盘片治疗刮宫术后子宫内膜薄的效果与雌孕激素序贯疗法的效果相当。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with human placenta in the treatment of endometrial thin after curettage. Methods: 48 cases of thin endometrial thinning were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-eight cases in the treatment group were treated with low frequency electrical stimulation combined with human placenta. 20 cases in the control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. The changes of endometrial thickness and menstrual flow in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The menstrual flow and endometrial thickness in two groups before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with human placenta in treating endometrial thin after curettage is equivalent to that of sequential therapy with estrogen and progesterone.
