本文从三角测量的原理出发,对双光源光切法三维轮廓测量系统的精度进行了深入讨论,分析了系统各环节的误差产生原因及对测量精度的影响程度,得出了系统误差、特别是光学系统成象倍率误差是影响测量精度的主要因素的结论。在此基础上提出了降低各环节误差的改进措施,并进行了对比实验。
