近年来 ,许多文献对粉煤灰材料的应用作了大量的研究 ,但都没有对非蒸压承重粉煤灰砖进行过研究 .通过 3组 30个用非蒸压承重粉煤灰砖砌筑的标准试件的抗压试验 ,讨论了非蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的裂缝发展特点和变形规律 ,根据 30个试件的抗压试验结果 ,建立了抗压强度计算公式 .结果表明 ,与普通砖砌体相比 ,该新型建筑材料具有相似的裂缝发展特点 ,极限荷载也相近 ,可作为替代粘土砖的新型承重墙体材料
In recent years, many literatures have done a lot of research on the application of fly ash materials, but none of the non-autoclaved fly ash bricks has been studied.By 3 groups of 30 non-autoclaved fly ash brick masonry , The crack development characteristics and deformation rules of the non-autoclaved fly ash brick masonry are discussed.The compressive strength formula is established based on the compressive test results of 30 specimens.The results show that, Compared with ordinary brick masonry, the new building materials have similar crack development characteristics and similar ultimate load, which can be used as a new type of load-bearing wall material instead of clay brick
