幼儿个性化教育理论是一种以实现幼儿个性综合发展为目的的创造性教育理论,一般以多元智力理论和自然主义教育理论为代表。作为世界公认的幼儿个性化教育成功案例,美国家庭学校的幼儿教育内容多元,形式多样,方法自由,启示我国幼儿教育也应该从尊重幼儿的兴趣和需要、重视幼儿的学习自主权、促进家庭和幼儿园的深度合作等方面,大力营造幼儿个性化教育的氛围,追求幼儿个性教育的效果。
The theory of personalized education for infants and young children is a kind of creative education theory aimed at the comprehensive development of children’s personality. It is generally represented by the theory of multiple intelligences and naturalistic education. As a world-recognized case of early childhood personalized education, preschool education in American home schools is diverse in content, diverse in form and method, suggesting that preschool education in China should also respect children’s interests and needs, attach importance to children’s autonomy in learning and promote family and Kindergarten and other aspects of the depth of cooperation, and vigorously create a personalized atmosphere of child care education, the pursuit of personalized child education results.
