水电站水库常规调度图是确定水库运行的基本依据,上、下基本调度线确定了保证出力的范围。当库水位处在上基本调度线时保证出力反映了历时法保守的一面,而当处在下基本调度线上时保证出力则反映历时法风险性的另一面。对常规调度图的某些调度线进行经验性改动,用形成的新调度图指导水库运行,并用多年入库径流资料进行计算,提高水库能量指标。建立相应的数学模型对常规调度图进行优化,在保证率不变的前提下,提高水库的运行效益。
