巴中地区旅游业虽有一定发展,但还处于初始起步阶段。要加快培育旅游支柱产业,带动全区经济再上台阶,从巴中实际出发,必须抓好以下重要工作。一、制订发展规划,明确奋斗目标依据巴中实际,在旅游业的发展规划中,要把握以下原则:一是开发与保护结合。确保合理开发,永续利用,可持续发展。二是文化与经济结合。充分发挥旅游业对其他产业的引导、牵动作用。三是软件与硬件结合。给旅游者提供方便快捷舒适的环境,以满足不同类型的旅游消费需求。四是发展与管理结合。做到发展有序,管理有度。五是当前与长远结合。规划的主要内容是编制区、县市旅游业及各景区的风景名胜总体规划,编制重要景点建设详规和旅游线路规划,力争明年上半年完成这些规划。
Although tourism in Pakistan and China has some development, it is still in its infancy. To speed up the cultivation of tourism pillar industries and bring the economy of the entire district to the next level, we must grasp the following important tasks starting from the reality of Palestine and China. I. Formulating a Development Plan and Clarifying the Objectives of Striving Based on the reality in Palestine and China, we should grasp the following principles in the development planning of tourism: First, the combination of development and protection. Ensure rational development, sustainable use and sustainable development. Second, cultural and economic integration. Give full play to the guidance of tourism in other industries, affecting the role. Third, the combination of software and hardware. Provide tourists with convenient and comfortable environment to meet different types of travel consumer demand. Fourth, the combination of development and management. Achieve development in an orderly, well-managed. Fifth, the current and long-term integration. The main contents of the planning is the preparation of the overall planning of the scenic spots of the districts, counties and cities and various scenic spots, the preparation of detailed regulations on the construction of major scenic spots and the planning of tourist routes, and the completion of these plans in the first half of next year.
