目的:优选木瓜成叶中齐墩果酸的最佳提取条件及其羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以超声波处理时间、提取时间、提取温度、料液比为影响因素,以齐墩果酸得率为指标优选提取工艺。然后采用正交实验法,以羟丙基-β-环糊精和齐墩果酸投料比、包合时间、包合温度为影响因素,以包合物收得率和齐墩果酸包合率的综合评分为指标,优选包合工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为超声波处理时间40min,提取时间70min,提取温度60℃,料液比1∶10。最佳包合条件为羟丙基-β-环糊精和齐墩果酸投料比1∶2,包合时间3.0h,包合温度60℃。结论:按照本实验方法可得到较高的提取率及得到稳定的包合物。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction conditions of oleanolic acid in the leaves of papaya and its hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion process. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process with ultrasonic treatment time, extraction time, temperature and solid-liquid ratio as influencing factors. Then using orthogonal experiment method, taking hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and oleanolic acid as feed ratio, inclusion time and inclusion temperature as affecting factors, the inclusion compound yield and oleanolic acid inclusion Rate of the overall score as an indicator, preferably inclusion process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were ultrasonic treatment time 40min, extraction time 70min, extraction temperature 60 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. The optimal conditions for the inclusion of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and oleanolic acid feed ratio of 1: 2, inclusion time 3.0h, inclusion temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion: According to the experimental method, high extraction rate and stable inclusion compound can be obtained.
