[目的]设施黄瓜土壤中农药的残留特性与露地上存在显著的差异。[方法]采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)检测,对比研究了百菌清和毒死蜱在设施土壤和露地上的时间和空间变化。[结果]分析表明百菌清和毒死蜱在设施土壤中的半衰期分别为5.99 d和6.72 d,略长于露地,且残留量与土壤理化性质不存在显著相关性。在东西向的大棚,南侧土壤的农药残留量高于北侧土壤。[结论]设施土壤农药残留量受挥发-沉降等过程影响,较露地体系更为复杂。 [Objective] The residual characteristics of pesticides in cucumber soil were significantly different from those on the open field. [Method] The time and space changes of chlorothalonil and chlorpyrifos in the soil and open field of facility were comparatively studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). [Result] The results showed that the half lives of chlorothalonil and chlorpyrifos in the soil were 5.99 d and 6.72 d, respectively, slightly longer than those of the open field. There was no significant correlation between the residual amount and the soil physical and chemical properties. In the east-west greenhouse, the amount of pesticide residues in the soil in the south is higher than that in the north. [Conclusion] The pesticide residues in facility soil were affected by the processes of volatilization and sedimentation, which were more complicated than that in the open field system.
