随着社会的发展和时代的进步,世界各国已形成普遍共识,工业发展离不开科学技术,更不能忽视潜心钻研、奋战在生产第一线技术能手的价值,他们已经成为了新时代的大国工匠代表。随着中国全面深化改革的推进,倡导工匠精神,提升国内制造的实力已经刻不容缓。本文积极探讨“工匠精神”的时代含义,深入分析了当前汽车专业院校在培养汽车高技能人才方面的努力方向。
With the development of society and the progress of the times, all countries in the world have reached a general consensus that industrial development can not be separated from science and technology. We must not overlook the value of devoting ourselves to the study and development of front-line technical experts. They have become great powers in the new era Craftsman representative. As China deepens its reform comprehensively, advocating the spirit of craftsmen and boosting the strength of its manufacturing in China has become a pressing task. This paper actively explores the contemporary meaning of “artisan spirit” and deeply analyzes the current efforts of automobile major institutions in training high-skilled talents in automobiles.
