中石化天津石化分公司乙烯厂裂解炉设计以石脑油为原料,运行周期60d。但因实际生产原料中的重组分含量高于设计值,因此裂解炉平均运行周期只有40 d。为解决运行周期短、清焦频率高的问题,该厂采用在裂解炉投料前对炉管进行预硫化处理的方法,使裂解炉运行周期延长至65 d,最高运行周期为79 d。
Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Branch ethylene plant cracking furnace designed to naphtha as raw material, operating cycle 60d. However, due to the actual production of heavy components in the feedstock content higher than the design value, the average operating period of cracking furnace only 40 d. In order to solve the problem of short running cycle and high clearing frequency, the plant adopted the method of presulphiding the furnace tube before feeding the cracking furnace, extending the operating cycle of the cracking furnace to 65 days and the maximum operating cycle of 79 days.
