目的探讨泉州市鲤城区社区老年人健康教育本土化的方法。方法在社区老年学校的健康教育中,把本土文化融入整个教学过程,健康教育因材施教,课件认真推敲,有效普及保健防病的知识。结果调查2 000名学员,课后满意1 910人,满意率达到95%以上。健康教育本土化能切实提高老年人的卫生知识水平,促使他们建立了良好的生活方式,受到社区老年朋友的普遍欢迎。结论社区老年人健康教育本土化,有利于拉近与老年人的距离,更能激发他们的兴趣,提升授课效率。
Objective To explore the method of localizing elderly health education in communities in Licheng District of Quanzhou. Methods In the health education of senior citizens in the community, the local culture was integrated into the whole teaching process, health education was taught according to aptitude, the courseware was carefully scrutinized, and the knowledge of health prevention and disease prevention was effectively popularized. Results A total of 2 000 trainees were surveyed, and 1 910 were satisfied after class. The satisfaction rate reached more than 95%. Localization of health education can effectively improve the health knowledge of the elderly, prompting them to establish a good way of life, which is widely welcomed by elderly friends in the community. Conclusion Localization of health education for the elderly in the community is conducive to narrowing the distance between the elderly and the elderly. It can further stimulate their interest and improve the efficiency of teaching.
