瘦素 (leptin)是一种ob基因编码的主要由脂肪细胞分泌的循环激素 ,与肥胖症之间存在复杂的关系。细胞因子信号转导抑制因子 3(SOCS 3)是新近发现的SOCS家族的主要成员之一 ,对调节leptin的作用具有重要意义。研究发现 ,leptin专一地诱导SOCS 3基因的表达 ,而诱导产生的SOCS 3对leptin的信号转导发挥负反馈抑制作用 ,因此SOCS 3可能介导了中枢和外周的leptin抵抗 ,可能是未来肥胖症基因治疗的新靶点。文中介绍了SOCS 3的分子结构、作用机制及其与leptin信号转导的关系。
Leptin, a circulating hormone encoded by the ob gene that is mainly secreted by adipocytes, has a complex relationship with obesity. Cytokine signal transduction inhibitor 3 (SOCS 3) is one of the main members of the newly discovered SOCS family and plays an important role in the regulation of leptin. The study found that leptin specifically induced SOCS 3 gene expression, and induced SOCS 3 negative feedback inhibition of leptin signaling, so SOCS 3 may mediate central and peripheral leptin resistance may be the future of obesity New target of gene therapy. This article describes the molecular structure of SOCS 3, its mechanism and its relationship with leptin signaling.
