磨粒磨损是造成钻井泵缸套失效的主要原因,其失效形式有表面凹坑、表层剥落和内表面高压塌陷。新研制的双金属缸套,其内衬采用高铬高碳铸铁,淬火、回火后,硬度达HRC61~68,耐磨性好,金相组织为马氏体+合金碳化物+残余奥氏体。其外套为45号钢,经调质处理后,得到回火索氏体,获得了较好的综合机械性能。这种双金属缸套平均寿命达45Oh。
Abrasive wear is the main reason for the failure of the drilling pump liner. The failure modes include surface pitting, surface peeling and high pressure collapse on the inner surface. The newly developed bimetal cylinder liner lined with high chromium high carbon cast iron, quenched and tempered, the hardness of HRC61 ~ 68, good wear resistance, the microstructure of martensite + alloy carbide + residual austenite body. The jacket is 45 steel, the quenched and tempered, get tempered sorbite, access to a better overall mechanical properties. The average life of this bimetallic cylinder reaches 45Oh.
