本文对广泛应用的电子及红外测量装置的零位误差进行自动校零(简称自检自校)的工作原理及实现方法作了分析研究工作。本文在简述自检自校装置的工作原理的基础上,以红外测量装置的不同结构类型作为例子,研究了几种实现自检自校装置的设计计算方法,给出了所实现结构组成。同时,还对其中的一种自检自校装置的工作做了模拟计算工作,并给出了计算结果。
This paper analyzes and researches the working principle and implementation method of automatic zero calibration of zero-position error of widely used electronic and infrared measuring devices. Based on the working principle of self-test self-test device, taking different structure types of infrared measuring device as an example, this paper studies several design and calculation methods of self-test self-test device, and presents the structure of the device. At the same time, it also simulates the work of a self-test device and gives the calculation results.
