要很好的诊断软组织疾病,就要用能产生软射线的X线机,而中小医院要购置此类专用机器是困难的。为此我们为中小医院探索出一种既省工又简便的改装办法。只要在普通X线机上略加改动,便可使一机两用,既能按原设计作一般透视摄片,也可用于诊断乳腺癌或其他软组织疾病。整个改动过程极为简单,只要懂电气常识的人就可胜任。以东方红医疗器械厂生产的F30-Ⅱ型X线机为例,其具体改动方法如下。图1(a)为原F30-Ⅱ型X线机高压变压
