从矿物组成和显微结构特征入手 ,分析了三个普通烧结砖样品的力学性能 ,研究了烧结砖力学性能与矿物组成及显微结构的关系。结果表明 ,那些矿物组成简单 ,主要为石英、长石及赤铁矿 ,并且被玻璃相胶结为特征的样品 ,其力学性能较高 ;相反 ,那些保留有相当数量的粘土矿物及碳酸盐的样品 ,其力学性能较差 ,在电子显微镜下 ,晶粒边缘具有熔化现象的样品 ,仍然具有一定的力学强度。这些矿物组成及显微结构特征反映了粘土砖烧结的工艺状况
Starting from the characteristics of mineral composition and microstructure, the mechanical properties of three common sintered brick samples were analyzed. The relationship between mechanical properties of sintered brick and mineral composition and microstructure was studied. The results show that those with simple compositions, mainly quartz, feldspar and hematite, and characterized by glass phase cementation have higher mechanical properties; conversely, those that retain a significant amount of clay minerals and carbonate Samples, the mechanical properties of poor, under the electron microscope, the grain edge of the melting phenomenon of the sample, still has a certain mechanical strength.
