目的:研究多菌灵对乙酰胆碱酯酶和免疫系统的毒性影响。方法:按剂量将Wistar大鼠分高、中、低3个剂量组和1个对照组,经口灌胃,麻醉、处死后摘取脑检测乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,剥取胸腺、脾脏进行免疫脏器质量的称质量,将所得数据与对照组进行比较。结果:高、中、低3三个剂量组的大鼠大、小脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性与对照组比较均无统计学差异,胸腺与脾脏的质量指数也无明显差异。结论:多菌灵对大鼠的乙酰胆碱酯酶和免疫系统不产生毒性影响。
Objective: To study the toxic effects of carbendazim on acetylcholinesterase and immune system. Methods: Wistar rats were divided into high, medium and low dose groups and a control group according to the dose. After oral administration, anesthetized and sacrificed, Wistar rats were harvested to detect acetylcholinesterase activity in the brain and thymus and spleen Weigh the quality of organ quality, the data obtained and the control group were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in acetylcholinesterase activity in rat brain and cerebellum between high, middle and low doses of 3 groups. There was no significant difference in mass index between thymus and spleen. Conclusion: Carbendazim has no toxic effect on acetylcholinesterase and immune system in rats.
