涤纶线由于具有良好的耐热性,足够的断裂强度,尺寸稳定性,耐光性,以及耐腐蚀性,被广泛地运用于制作橡胶软管的骨架。涤纶线在硫化缸压力,氧和时间共同作用下,其断裂强度下降,当硫化缸压力为0.5Mpa或环境温度超过145℃时,涤纶线断裂强度呈现加速下降趋势,且表面呈现蓬松棉絮状。
Polyester yarn is widely used to make the skeleton of rubber hose because of its good heat resistance, sufficient breaking strength, dimensional stability, light resistance and corrosion resistance. The breaking strength of the polyester yarn decreases when the pressure of the vulcanization tank, the oxygen and the time are combined. When the pressure of the vulcanizing cylinder is 0.5Mpa or the ambient temperature exceeds 145 ℃, the breaking strength of the polyester yarn shows a downward trend, and the surface shows fluffy cotton wool.
