四川省人民政府组织的“企业管理巴蜀行”活动已在全省深入展开,各市地州政府(行署)都十分重视,有的已陆续开展类似南充市政府组织的“企业管理纵深行”活动,全省上下呼应,形成声势浩大的加强企业管理的宜传活动,对企业进一步重视和加强企业管理,学习邯钢”市场核算,成本否决”的经验,是一个很大的推动作用。我们相信,只要各级领导,特别是企业领导真正认识了加强企业管理对提高企业整体素质和经济运行质量的重要意义,不是口头上而是行动上,采取实事求是的具体措施,对症下药,扎扎实实认真加强企业管理工作,我省的企业管理工作和企业经济运行质量,在不久将上一个新台阶。 本刊将陆续刊载一些企业管理的典型经验供企业领导参考,同时,暴光企业管理滑坡中的问题,作为借鉴,请广大读者,各地市州通联站、广大通讯员撰写、组织这方面的典型材料。
The “Management of the Balinese Movement” organized by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government has been carried out in-depth in the province. The cities and counties of the municipalities (executive offices) have attached great importance, and some have successively carried out “corporate management deepening activities” similar to those organized by the Nanchong municipal government. The whole province responded to the need to form a powerful and vigorous activity to strengthen enterprise management. It also attaches great importance to the enterprise and strengthens the management of enterprises. Learning the experience of Shaogang’s “market accounting and cost veto” is a great impetus. We believe that as long as leaders at all levels, especially business leaders, truly understand the importance of strengthening enterprise management in improving the overall quality of enterprises and the quality of economic operations, it is not a matter of verbally but action-oriented, concrete measures for seeking truth from facts, and remedying the actual situation, and it is solid. Conscientiously strengthen the management of enterprises, the quality of enterprise management and the economic operation of enterprises in our province will soon be a new level. This publication will successively publish some typical experiences of enterprise management for the reference of the company’s leaders. At the same time, it will expose the problems in the management of enterprises. As a reference, readers are invited to write and organize typical materials in this area.
