目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆chem erin水平变化及其与T2DM下肢动脉血管病变的关系。方法选取T2DM患者80例,根据有无下肢血管病变及病变程度不同分为四组:单纯2型糖尿病无下肢动脉血管病变组16例(DM0组);合并下肢动脉血管内膜增厚组19例(DM1组);合并下肢动脉血管硬化组23例(DM2组);合并下肢动脉血管狭窄组22例(DM3组)。另外选取正常健康查体者20例作为正常对照组(NC组)。用酶联免疫法检测各组受试者血浆chem erin水平,并分析血浆chem erin水平与体质量指数(BM I)、体脂成分(FTA%)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等的关系。结果 T2DM及T2DM合并下肢动脉血管病变患者血浆chem erin水平与对照组比较显著升高,且与下肢动脉血管病变程度相关(P<0.05)。血浆chem erin水平与BM I、FAT%、HbA1c、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者血浆chem erin水平升高且可能与T2DM下肢动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma chem erin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its relationship with lower extremity arterial disease in T2DM. Methods Eighty patients with T2DM were divided into four groups according to the presence or absence of lower extremity vascular lesions and the degree of lesion: 16 cases of DM2 without DMV (DM0 group), 19 cases of arterial intimal thickening group (DM1 group), 23 patients with arterial sclerosis (DM2 group) and 22 patients (DM3 group) with arterial stenosis of lower extremity. In addition, 20 healthy people were selected as normal control group (NC group). The level of chemoein in plasma was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of chemoein in plasma were compared with those of BM I, FTA%, HbA1c, HOMA -IR) and so on. Results The plasma levels of chem erin in patients with T2DM and T2DM with lower extremity arterial disease were significantly higher than those in the control group, and correlated with the degree of arterial disease in lower extremities (P <0.05). The level of chemoein in plasma was positively correlated with BM I, FAT%, HbA1c and HOMA-IR (P <0.01). Conclusion The levels of chemoein in T2DM patients may be related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis in T2DM.
