党的十八大报告强调,以增强党性、提高素质为重点,加强和改进党员队伍教育管理,健全党员立足岗位创先争优长效机制,推动广大党员发挥先锋模范作用。创先争优活动中,党员干部既是开展活动的组织者,又是实践活动的先行者,对创先争优活动具有鲜明的示范和导向作用。作为党员干部,提升品行修养,做创先争优的模范,应着力强化“六种”意识。一、着力强化严谨工作意识。“天下事当于大处着眼,小处下手。”岗位就是舞台,职务就是责任,工作就是事业。党员领导干部要以平淡之心对待职务,以感恩之心对待组织,以奉献之心对待工作。
