目的评价模拟失重对健康成人左心室功能的影响。方法选择健康青年男性志愿者12名为研究对象,采用-6°头低位连续卧床模拟失重。实验前志愿者平卧10 min,静息状态行多普勒超声心动图检查作为对照。此后分别于模拟失重第10天、第20天重复行多普勒超声心动图检查,在同步心电图R波触发下,存储TVI模式的心尖四腔心切面图像。将定量组织多普勒取样点置于二尖瓣环左侧,得到左心室QTVI曲线,测量计算左心室心肌做功指数。左心室心肌做功指数以(-x±s)表示,采用SPSS 11.0软件进行模拟失重前后比较,P<0.05为具有显著性差异。结果模拟失重第10天、第20天左心室心肌做功指数与平卧静息状态比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在本研究模拟失重时限内未引起健康成人左心室整体功能改变。
Objective To evaluate the effects of simulated weightlessness on left ventricular function in healthy adults. Methods Twelve healthy male volunteers were selected as study subjects, and the -6 ° head-down continuous bed was used to simulate weightlessness. Before the experiment, the volunteers were supine for 10 min and resting state was examined by Doppler echocardiography. Thereafter, Doppler echocardiography was repeated on day 10 and day 20 of simulated weightlessness, and TVI-mode apical four-chamber heart-cut images were stored under the synchronous R wave activation. The quantitative tissue Doppler sampling points were placed on the left side of the mitral annulus, the left ventricular QTVI curve was obtained, and the left ventricular myocardial work index was measured and calculated. Left ventricular myocardial work performance index (-x ± s) said, using SPSS 11.0 software before and after simulated weightlessness, P <0.05 was considered significant. Results On the 10th and 20th days of simulated weightlessness, there was no significant difference in the work function index of left ventricular myocardium compared with that of supine rest state (P> 0.05). Conclusions The left ventricular functional changes were not induced in healthy adults during the simulated weightlessness period in this study.
