This article examines and explains two pieces of Eastern Han inscriptions unearthed in Tianfu Square, which are regarded as the moral monument of two local officials of Pei Jun and Li Jun. The author makes reference to the historical records of the difficult words and sentences in his account and finds that Pei-jun was not the Pei Cen in “Pei Ceni Gongbei” and that his object of “disorganization” may be Xianbei. For a long time, most scholars in the academic circles think that in the Warring States The end of the Han Dynasty or the early Han Dynasty had already died out, but the words “inducing Confucianism and Mohism” in Li Junbei indicated that Mohism still exists in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. Its academic status is not low and has not been marginalized.
