目的 试图从临床病理学角度探讨该药对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法 共 63例慢性乙型肝炎接受试验。随机分为 2组 ,其中治疗组 45例 ,对照组 18例。治疗组给予强肝胶囊 1.2g ,3/d ,至少 6个月 ;对照组给予肝泰乐及复合维生素治疗6个月。试验前 3个月内和试验终止后 1个月内 ,分别予血清肝纤维化指标检测和肝穿刺病理学检查 ,以进行疗效评价。结果 ( 1)血清肝纤维化指标 :治疗组治疗前后透明质酸分别为 184.32± 71.5 6和 94.2 4± 2 8.37ng/ml(P <0 .0 5 ) ,IV型胶原分别为 138.65± 5 1.16和 76.96± 40 .2 5ng/ml(P <0 .0 5 ) ,层粘蛋白分别为 1.38± 0 .48和 1.0 7± 0 .32U/ml(P <0 .0 5 ) ;而对照组上述指标治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 ( 2 )肝组织学改变 :治疗组炎症坏死活动性改善的总有效率为 82 .6% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肝纤维化改善或停止发展的总有效率为 92 .8% (P <0 .0 1) ;对照组治疗前后在炎症坏死活动性及纤维化方面均无显著性差异。结论 强肝胶囊能有效地减轻肝内炎症坏死 ,稳定甚至逆转肝纤维化 ,可作为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的良好药物。
Objective To explore the clinical and pathological aspects of the drug efficacy of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods A total of 63 patients with chronic hepatitis B were tested. There was no significant difference in the activity of inflammation and necrosis and fibrosis in the control group before and after treatment. Conclusion QGH can effectively reduce the necrosis of liver, stabilize and even reverse liver fibrosis, which can be used as a good medicine for treating chronic hepatitis B.
