针对FLAC3D在复杂工况下三维隧道动态开挖模拟中代码编写的困难,研究了基于Python编程语言的数值模拟自动分析方法,编写了分析代码自动生成程序,实现了工程数据到分析代码的自动转换。研究了隧道开挖过程复杂工况下的开挖、支护和加固等不同工序中工程数据的表示方法,利用Excel表格和AutoCAD文件定义和维护不同开挖阶段不同工序的地理位置信息和工程属性信息,实现了对隧道开挖过程的时间、空间和工程属性信息的完整描述。相对于传统的FLAC3D分析方法,本方法能较好地满足对复杂工况下隧道开挖模型进行分析的需要,对不同工况和不同参数的快速分析比选具有较好的适应性,利用该方法对内蒙古某隧道开挖工法进行分析,证明了其可行性。
Aiming at the difficulty of code compilation of FLAC3D in 3D tunnel dynamic excavation under complex working conditions, the numerical simulation automatic analysis method based on Python programming language is researched. The automatic generation program of analysis code is compiled and the automatic conversion of engineering data to analysis code is realized . The method of expressing engineering data in different processes of excavation, support and reinforcement under complicated working conditions of tunnel excavation was studied. Using Excel tables and AutoCAD files to define and maintain the geographic location information and engineering properties of different procedures in different excavation stages Information, a complete description of the tunnel excavation process time, space and project attributes information. Compared with the traditional FLAC3D analysis method, this method can meet the need of tunnel excavation model under complicated working conditions well, and has good adaptability to rapid analysis and selection of different working conditions and different parameters. Methods A tunnel excavation method in Inner Mongolia was analyzed to prove its feasibility.
