目的:研究大戟属植物绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli L.的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱等方法对绿玉树乙醇提取物中的化学成分进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从绿玉树氯仿部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为23(E)-环阿尔廷-23-稀-3β,25-二醇(23(E)-cycloart-23-ene-3β,25-diol)(1),22(E)-环阿尔廷-22-稀-3β,25-二醇(22(E)-cycloart-22-ene-3β,25-diol)(2),柚皮素(naringenin)(3),stigmast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(4),没食子酸(gallic acid)(5),槲皮素(quercetin)(6),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(7)。结论:化合物2-5为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia tirucalli L. from Euphorbiaceae. Methods: The chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of LUCC were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reverse phase ODS column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of Eucryptotus, which were identified as 23 (E) -cycloartine-23-E-23β, 25- (22) -cycloart-22-ene-3β, 25-diol (2), pomelo- Naringenin (3), stigmast-5-ene-3β, 7α-diol (4), gallic acid (5), quercetin (6), β-sitosterol -sitosterol) (7). Conclusion: Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
