蓝海战略思想的出现,正逐步取代传统框架下的“成本领先战略”或者“差异化”战略,越来越受到中小企业的青睐。本文首先探讨了蓝海战略的概念,继而结合中小企业的特点及弱势,分析了中小企业实施蓝海战略的必要性,进而指出当前中小企业实施蓝海战略时所存在的一些误区,最后提出了一些克服这些问题的对策、建议,从而为中小企业蓝海战略的选择与实施提供了全新的视角。
The emergence of Blue Ocean Strategy is gradually replacing the “cost leadership strategy” or “differentiation” strategy under the traditional framework and is increasingly favored by small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper first discusses the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy, and then combines the characteristics and weaknesses of SMEs, analyzes the necessity of implementing Blue Ocean Strategy for SMEs, and then points out some misunderstandings existing in implementing Blue Ocean Strategy. At last, it proposes some solutions to these problems Problems and suggestions, so as to provide a new perspective for the selection and implementation of Blue Ocean Strategy for SMEs.
