我党传统的政治思想工作的目的是以调动积极性,把人的意志提升到思想层面来,为我们的共产主义理想服务。我们的工作内容主要包括:教育引导他人,向广大群众宣传我党,把工作热情激发起来,让人民群众在自己的岗位上做出自己应有的贡献;从实际出发,解决群众亟待解决的实际问题。可是,在实际工作过程中,有着这样或者那样的问题,单纯依靠政治思想工作者的呆板工作方法,并不能取信于人,或者无法取得更多群众的信任,不能够达到满意的效果。
The purpose of our party’s traditional political and ideological work is to mobilize the enthusiasm, raise the will of the people to the ideological level and serve our communist ideal. Our work mainly includes: educating and guiding others, propagating our party to the masses, stimulating the enthusiasm for work, and letting the masses make their due contributions in their own posts; and from the reality, we must solve the realities that need to be solved urgently by the masses problem. However, in the course of actual work, there are such and other problems that relying solely on the rigid working methods of political and ideological workers can not gain the trust of others or the trust of more people and fail to achieve satisfactory results.
