杨赤,1961年生于大连。京剧袁派优秀传人,国家一级演员,大连京剧院院长。第十一届全国政协委员。中国戏剧家协会辽宁分会副主席,大连市戏剧家协会主席,中国民主促进会会员,辽宁省第八、第九届政协委员,文化部“文华优秀表演奖”、《中国戏剧》梅花奖、京剧梅兰芳金奖、上海白玉兰奖等多项国家级大奖获得者。工架子花脸,兼工铜锤和武花脸,有“全才花脸”之誉。
