以粉煤灰地质聚合物为基体,加入发泡剂和稳泡剂,制备了轻质发泡材料。主要研究了温度、表面活性剂、碱用量、水量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂对样品的性能影响最大,加入表面活性剂后,样品的孔径从4~10mm降低到1~2mm以下,抗压强度最高达2.57MPa(密度为0.76g/cm3),导热系数小于0.09W(/m·K),使用温度高达800℃,是很好的耐高温、高强度多孔保温材料。
Taking the fly ash geopolymer as the matrix, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer are added to prepare a lightweight foaming material. The main study of the temperature, surfactant, alkali dosage, the impact of water on the material properties. The results showed that the surfactant had the most significant effect on the properties of the samples.
