运用调查研究、思辨研究与行动研究的科研方法,推进民办小学班主任队伍专业发展,其成果主要包括:一是厘定了进城务工人员随迁子女民办小学班主任队伍专业发展的价值取向,明确了进城务工人员随迁子女民办小学班主任专业发展的基本特征;二是有了调研成果,得出了调研结论;三是归纳了促进进城务工人员随迁子女民办小学班主任专业发展五大途径和五项操作策略。四是有了一系列研究效果以及两点反思。
