尘肺是工人在生产过程中由于吸入生产性粉尘而引起的以肺部进行性纤维化改变为主要特征的一种全身性疾病。这种疾病由于吸入生产性粉尘性质的不同,引起尘肺的种类也不一样,尘肺又区分无机尘肺和有机尘肺以及无机和有机的合成性尘肺等。而铸工尘肺是在机械制造工业中翻砂铸造工人长期吸入铸工粉尘而引起的一种重要职业病,属于无机尘肺中混合性尘肺的一种。过去关于尘肺病理方面的研究是比较少的,有关尘肺病理和X线相关的报导也不多,到目前为止,我们尚未见到有关铸工尘肺病理方面的研究报导。本文仅就一例机械制造工业的铸工尘肺的一般情况,所在车间的生产过程和劳动作业环境以及X线和病理检查结果等,初步分析报告如下:
Pneumoconiosis is a systemic disease characterized by progressive pulmonary fibrosis caused by inhalation of productive dust in the production process. The disease causes different types of pneumoconiosis due to different properties of inhaled productive dust. Pneumoconiosis distinguishes between inorganic pneumoconiosis and organic pneumoconiosis, and inorganic and organic synthetic pneumoconiosis. Castor pneumoconiosis is an important occupational disease caused by the long-term inhalation of foundry dust in the machinery manufacturing industry and belongs to a kind of mixed pneumoconiosis in inorganic pneumoconiosis. In the past, there were few studies on the pathology of pneumoconiosis. There are not many reports about the pathology of pneumoconiosis and the related X-rays. So far, we have not yet seen any reports on the pathology of the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis. This article only on a case of mechanical manufacturing industry, the general situation of the casting workers pneumoconiosis, the workshop where the production process and working environment and X-ray and pathological examination results, the initial analysis report is as follows:
