将自身的第三磨牙(上颌或下颌)拔除并经过适当处理后,移植到下颌第一或第二磨牙拔牙位置并固定在邻牙上使移植牙与牙槽骨壁愈合,从而行使正常咀嚼功能的一种方法[1]。适用于患者同时存在两种情况即第三磨牙牙冠形态好,牙根无明显变异;第一或第二磨牙无法保留需拔除[2]。作者对24例24颗第三磨牙自体牙移植5年追踪观察,其结果现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料自2003～2013年收治的患者24例,男10例,
