对河北省内的本科院校1992年度被SCI、ISTP和EI收录的论文数量和在全国高校中的排名做了统计和分析。此外,将河北省高校和河北工学院的论文被收集量和名次与相关的一些大学进行了对比和分析;提出了河北省高等院校增加论文发表量和被收录量应采取的对策。
Statistics and analysis of the number of essays collected by SCI, ISTP and EI and the rankings in colleges and universities throughout the country in 1992 for undergraduate institutions in Hebei Province. In addition, Hebei Province colleges and Hebei Institute of Technology papers were collected and rankings with some related universities were compared and analyzed; proposed higher institutions of higher learning in Hebei Province papers published and the amount of measures to be taken.
