本文在内生经济增长理论的框架下,以中国工业行业(1993~2006年)为研究对象,在将R&D资本存量分为本国本行业R&D、本国其他行业R&D、外国本行业R&D、外国其他行业R&D资本存量的基础上,对它们对生产率的技术溢出效应进行了实证研究。结果表明,在总体行业样本下除了外国其他行业R&D资本对生产率影响不确定外,本国本行业R&D、本国其他行业R&D、外国本行业R&D资本对生产率均有显著的正的影响;在不同时段、不同技术水平、不同产权结构等约束条件下,虽然一些R&D投入对生产率增长的促进作用得到了抑制,但大多数R&D投入仍有显著的正的影响。
Under the framework of endogenous economic growth theory, this paper takes China’s industrial sector (1993-2006) as the research object, and divides its R & D capital stock into R & D in its own industry, R & D in other industries in its own country, R & D in foreign countries, and other industries in foreign countries R & D capital stock based on their empirical study of the technology spillover effect of productivity. The results show that R & D capital in domestic industry, R & D in other industries and R & D capital in foreign countries all have a significant positive impact on productivity in addition to the uncertain effect of R & D capital on productivity in other industries under the overall industry sample. In different periods, Although some R & D inputs have restrained the growth of productivity under the constraints of different technology levels and different ownership structures, the majority of R & D investment still has a significant positive impact.
