本文总结了中西结合治疗成年肾病综合症36例的疗效,发现强的松、塞替派、中药组疗效较好,强的松、环磷酰胺、中药组疗效稍差,且有严重的化学性出血性膀胱炎。激素、潘生丁、中药组疗效最差。因此,我们认为强的松塞替派加中药可作首选药物,并足够长时间的治疗,以增加缓解率和延长缓解时间,无效时再选用环磷酰胺治疗。出院后在无条件的情况下,可考虑间日使用强的松长期维持治疗,以巩固疗效。
