目的:拟初步建立利用三维摄影技术测量软组织变化的方法,并使用该方法检验正畸矫治器拆除后唇突度的变化。方法:使用3dMD立体摄像机,将16名患者在拆除矫治器前后拍摄的三维立体影像输入系统自带软件包,并重叠拆除前后影像,测量患者左右口角,上唇弓中点及下唇下缘中点的突度变化,使用配对t检验计算测量结果。结果:矫治器拆除后,患者的右口角内收-(1.17±1.02)mm,上唇弓中点内收-(0.38±0.67)mm,下唇下缘中点内收-(1.05±0.85)mm,左口角内收-(1.22±0.96)mm。左右口角及下唇下缘中点的内收量有统计学意义。结论:①本研究初步探索出一种3dMD辅助测量软组织变化的方法,具有一定应用价值;②唇侧矫治器拆除后唇突度的变化有统计学意义,但该变化的个体差异性较大。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a preliminary method for measuring the change of soft tissue by using three-dimensional photography and to test the change of lip degree after orthodontic appliance removal with this method. Methods: Using 3DMD stereoscopic video camera, 16 patients with three-dimensional images taken before and after disassembling the appliance were input into the system and their images were overlapped.
