螺旋推铰刀是一种孔的精加工刀具,目前,我国已有工厂使用,但不够广泛。其主要原因是由于该刀具制造较困难,缺乏从设计到工艺理论上的研究,且当设计与制造不当时使得加工孔的质量不够稳定。我们曾对螺旋推铰刀的几何参数及切削用量诸因素对被加工孔的表面质量的影响进行了试验研究,在这个基础上结合工厂实际应用情况,设计编制了常用螺旋推铰刀的几何角度及尺寸系列,对螺旋推铰刀的制造也有必要的说明。试验表明,该刀的铰孔光洁度可稳定在▽_7,高可以达到▽_8~▽_9,与直刃铰刀比
