目的探讨等离子射频消融治疗阻塞性呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的疗效。方法对65例OSAHS患者全部用等离子打孔刀分别对阻塞部位的下鼻甲、悬雍垂、软腭、舌根、扁桃体行减容手术。结果术后6个月,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（AH I）为（14.29±7.26）次/小时,血氧饱和度（SaO2）为（84.56±10.24）%,与术前比较,差异均有显著性意义（t分别为4.35,7.26,P〈0.01）;软腭、舌根部体积较术前明显缩小,咽腔扩大,总有效率为86.15%。结论应用等离子射频消融治疗O
