目的识别、分析和评价济南市某汽车产品有限公司技改项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出有效的职业病危害防护对策,保护劳动者健康,为安监部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法根据该技改项目可行性研究报告及其他相关资料,采用类比法和检查表法相结合的原则进行评价。结果建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有二氧化氮、磷酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化锰、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、硫酸铬、电焊烟尘、臭氧、噪声和紫外线等。类比企业检测结果显示,除噪声合格率为93.75%外,其他各种化学和物理性有害因素合格率均为100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,但只要认真落实报告提出的防护措施,做好个人防护,其职业病危害防护措施是可行的。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and the degree of harm caused by technological transformation projects of an automobile product Co., Ltd. in Jinan City, put forward effective occupational hazards protection measures to protect the health of workers and provide a scientific basis for the approval of construction projects by safety supervision departments . Methods According to the Feasibility Study Report and other related data of the technical innovation project, the method of combining analogy with checklist is used to evaluate. Results The main occupational hazards that may arise during the construction of the project are nitrogen dioxide, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, manganese dioxide, acrylic acid, styrene, chromium sulfate, welding dust, ozone, noise and ultraviolet radiation. Analogy test results show that, in addition to noise pass rate of 93.75%, other various chemical and physical harmful factors pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards. However, as long as the report puts forward the protective measures and personal protection is well done, the protective measures against occupational hazards are feasible.
