从国家图书馆外语专业人才培养的重要性谈起,对国家图书馆现有外语人才队伍的现状进行分析,指出当前存在的主要问题,对如何完善外语专业人员用人机制进行思考。提出进一步拓展人才引进方式,注重外语专业人才培养及完善人才激励机制等三方面的建议。 Starting from the importance of cultivating foreign language professionals in National Library, this paper analyzes the current situation of the existing foreign language personnel in the National Library, points out the main problems currently existing and how to improve the employment mechanism for foreign language professionals. Put forward to further expand the introduction of personnel, focusing on foreign language professionals and improve the incentive mechanism of talent and other three aspects of the proposal.
