目的探讨药学服务模式在医院临床用药中的作用。方法通过用药咨询、处方点评、抗菌药物使用监测、临床药师定期参加临床查房等药学服务模式来实现。结果临床药师利用自身所掌握的药学专业知识,通过参与临床用药,对医患合理用药提供的帮助已逐步得到认可,也赢得了医患的信任和尊重。结论临床药学服务将成为医院药学工作的重要内容,药学人员只有不断学习,才能开展好临床药学服务工作。
Objective To explore the role of pharmacy service model in clinical treatment in hospitals. Methods through drug counseling, prescription reviews, monitoring of the use of antimicrobial drugs, clinical pharmacists regularly participate in clinical ward pharmacy service mode to achieve. Results Clinical pharmacists using their own professional knowledge of pharmacy, by participating in clinical medication, the rational use of medicine to provide help has gradually been recognized, but also won the trust and respect of doctors and patients. Conclusion Clinical pharmacy services will become an important part of hospital pharmacy. Pharmacologists can carry out clinical pharmacy services only if they keep on learning.
