运用计算流体力学方法,对带侧弯式连接管阻抗式调压室的水力特性进行了三维数值模拟,采用Realizableκ-ε湍流模型、一阶迎风格式及SIMPLE算法,用速度进口和压力进口两种不同边界条件求解阻抗损失系数和流量比的关系,并将计算结果与物理模型试验进行比较。结果表明,采用压力进口边界条件精度较高,能准确求解带侧弯式连接管阻抗式调压室内的流动,计算流体力学方法可应用于调压室的设计与优化。
The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of a hinged surge chamber with a side-bend connection. Realizable κ-turbulence model, first-order windward method and SIMPLE algorithm are used. Solving the relationship between impedance loss coefficient and flow ratio under different boundary conditions, and comparing the calculated results with the physical model test. The results show that the computational fluid dynamics method can be applied to the design and optimization of the surge chamber by using the pressure inlet boundary conditions with high accuracy and accurately solving the flow in the impedance type surge tank with a curved tube.
