矩形盒件拉深成形规律及失效分析

矩形盒件在拉深成形过程中易出现起皱、拉裂等形式的失效,严重制约着成形件的使用性能。基于Dynaform进行了三维动态仿真,分析了毛坯形状、压边间隙等因素对其成形极限及壁厚分布的影响,预测了坯料成形过程中失效的产生,并结合实际进行了验证。结果表明:相同尺寸的坯料,采用圆形切弓形坯料比圆形坯料更有利于获得成形效果较好的盒形件;随着压边间隙的增大,成形盒形件的拉裂趋势有所减缓,但失稳起皱趋势越来越严重,当压边间隙从1.2t增大到1.4t时,壁厚的最大减薄率从87.79%减小到33.48%,成形件的拉裂趋势得到有效缓解;实际的拉深试验验证了有限元仿真分析的有效性。 Rectangular boxes in the drawing process prone to wrinkles, pull the failure of the form, a serious constraint on the performance of the use of forming parts.
