血压、体温、心率、呼吸、痛感是人的基本生命体征。研究表明,走路速度也应该是一个生命体征。一项用了10年时间观察了近500名老年人的研究发现,走路慢的人中有77%死亡,中速的人50%死亡,而走路速度快的只有27%的人死亡。
Blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, breathing, pain is the basic human vital signs. Research shows that walking speed should also be a vital sign. A study of nearly 500 older people who spent 10 years found that 77% of people who walk slower, 50% of people who die at medium speed, and 27% who walk at a faster rate.
