目的研究甲皱微循环中的白色微聚物及其临床意义。方法进行甲皱微循环检查的患者,用仪器Olympus体视显微镜连接TV显示系统。结果总结了66种疾病3567例存在着不同程度的微循环障碍的病人,有43种疾病865例于甲皱微循环中发现有透明血浆往(占24.2%),24种疾病228例中发现白色微聚物(占6.4%),占出现透明血浆往微循环的26.3%。在甲皱微循环管襻内发现白色微聚物的疾病中,有13种疾病2374例。有资料表明,甲皱微循环中的白色微聚物,可出现在循环、呼吸、泌尿、消化等各系统多种疾病中,也可出现在不同的病理过程中。尤其是在脑梗塞、糖尿病、高血脂症、冠心病、椎基底动脉供血不足、肺气肿、动脉硬化闭塞症等,发现白色微聚物的机率更多,透明血浆柱出现率也相对增多。就疾病的性质而言,甲皱微循环中白色微聚物的出现有明显的倾向性。这些疾病的病理改变集中表现为:(1)微血管内皮细胞容易受损;(2)血液流态容易发生改变;(3)血液性质发生改变。在许多疾病中.血管、血流、血液是以不同程度的组合而共同发挥作用的。白色微聚物的形成诱因,形成过程及其成份都有差别,其中,结构不太牢固者可解聚。本资料提供了7种2087例微循环障碍性疾?
Objective To study the white polymer in nail fold microcirculation and its clinical significance. Methods Patients undergoing nailfold microcirculation examination were instrumented with an Olympus stereo microscope connected to a TV display system. Results A total of 66 diseases with 3567 patients with varying degrees of microcirculation were summarized. Of the 43 diseases, 865 were found to have clear plasma (24.2%) in the microcirculation of the nail fold, and 228 of the 24 diseases Found white micro-polymer (6.4%), accounting for 26.3% of the transparent plasma to the microcirculation.
