近几年来,我国的经济形势受全球化经济低迷的影响,经济增长非常缓慢,投资增长急速降低,在整体经济运行急速下滑的情况下,市政施工企业也面临着巨大的冲击,如施工业务量减少、劳动力成本有增无减、融资困难等新问题,极大地影响着企业有限的空间利润,同时给施工企业的生存发展带来了巨大的压力,更严重地阻碍了社会经济的发展,那么如何加强市政企业的经营管理,使企业走出上述困境,寻找新的发展机遇是市政企业的当务之急。下边我想结合自己的实际工作经验从薪酬机制、企业文化、经营机制等方面谈谈个人肤浅的看法。

Below I would like to combine my own practical work experience to talk about personal superficial views from the aspects of remuneration mechanism, corporate culture and management mechanism.
