我叫张素丽,来自中国南车洛阳机车有限公司,是一名高级钳工技师。“坐”在办公室里工作我们的劳模创新工作室创建于2010年,当时河南省首批命名了5个技能大师工作室,“张素丽机械装配技能大师工作室”因此建立。2011年,工作室成为全国首批50个技能大师工作室之一。2014年,中华全国总工会决定命名97个工作室为全国示范性劳模创新工作室,“张素丽劳模创新工作室”又成为了其中一员。工作室成立之初,就确定了目标。
